ONLINE GROUP COACHING FOR WOMEN

The Empowerment Project is a 4-week online group coaching program designed for women who are ready to reclaim their fitness, whether you're starting from scratch or coming back after a break. With structured training, ongoing support, and weekly resources delivered in a supportive community, this program helps you build real momentum and stay consistent, without the pressure of going it alone. Choose between a gym-based or home-based plan and join a circle of like-minded women focused on progress, not perfection.

WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE 

4 WEEK PROGRAM

You’ll receive a structured 4-week training plan designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into it with some experience. With the option to train at home or in the gym, each week includes 3–4 progressive, full-body sessions that focus on strength, mobility, and confidence-building. Every workout includes ways to scale up or modify depending on your level, so you can move at your pace and still make meaningful progress.

PRIVATE GROUP

Community and accountability are at the heart of this program. You'll be added to a private group where you’ll receive daily support, motivation, and tips to keep you on track. It’s a space to ask questions, share your wins (and your wobbles), and connect with other women who are walking a similar path. 

24 / 7 SUPPORT

While there are no formal check-ins, you’ll have ongoing access to me for any questions or support throughout the program. This setup gives you the flexibility to move at your own pace, while still knowing you're not doing it alone. Whether you need a quick confidence boost, help modifying a workout, or just want to share a win — I'm always just a message away.
